100% pure valerian essential oil
Directions:
Essential oils are very potent, so you have to be cautious when you use them. Remember, a little goes a long way! For aromatic use, please follow the instructions accompanying your diffuser for proper water-oil ratios. Essential oils may also be applied topically to the crown of the head and temples, behind the ears, and to the neck. If the aroma of an oil is too strong, or if your skin is sensitive, you may dilute your essential oil with a carrier oil such as a V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex or pure vegetable oil. Also, ideally suited for massage when diluted. Less is more! You can always add another drop, so start slow, whether you're using your oils aromatically or topically. Do not put essential oils in the eyes, ears, nose, or other areas with sensitive skin.
